How much does it cost?

$2,500 flat to build the site, then $100/mo maintenance after launch. You get the full number in writing up front, with no hourly billing and no invoice you didn't already agree to.

What does the $100/mo maintenance cover?

Accepted Answer

Hosting, security updates, content changes (new menu items, new services, new team members, photo swaps), light design tweaks, SEO monitoring, and a direct line to us when something breaks. Cancel whenever you want, you still own the code either way.

Question 3

How long does a project take?

Accepted Answer

Two weeks from the end of intake to a live site. The clock starts once we've agreed on scope and you've sent over your content (logo, photos, copy, logins). If you're slow getting stuff to us, the clock just pauses. We're not going to charge you for waiting on yourself.

Where are you based? Do you meet in person?

Accepted Answer

We're a remote studio, so there's no office and no walk-in spot. We work with local small businesses across the country entirely over video calls and email. Skipping the office overhead is a big part of how we keep the price reasonable and the timeline tight.

Question 5

Do I own the site when it's done?

Accepted Answer

Yep. The code, the content, and the domain are all yours. If you ever decide to move on, you can take the site somewhere else without buying anything back from us.

Question 6

What's included in the standard build?

A custom-designed, hand-coded site of about eight pages. It's fast, accessible, and works properly on any phone, with SEO and AI-search fundamentals baked in (clean semantic markup, structured data, schema). You also get a contact form, basic analytics, and a CMS for making simple updates yourself.

What about e-commerce, booking, or custom integrations?

Those get quoted separately. A small Shopify store, a booking flow, a custom API integration, anything outside the standard scope gets its own line item, and we'll tell you exactly what it costs before any work starts.

Question 8

What is GEO and are you actually going to make me rank?

Accepted Answer

GEO stands for generative engine optimization. It just means building your site so it can get found in both Google and AI search tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews. One caveat, and it's a real one: we can't promise you a specific ranking, a specific position, or a specific traffic number, and anyone who does is making it up. What we can promise is that every site we ship is built cleanly enough that search engines and AI tools can read it and cite it correctly.

Can you migrate my existing Squarespace, Wix, or WordPress site?

Yes. We bring over your content and images, hold on to your existing SEO equity where it makes sense, and rebuild on a faster, more SEO-friendly stack. We do this all the time with Squarespace, Wix, GoDaddy, Webflow, and old WordPress sites.
