Pricing & Billing
Can I cancel anytime?
Plans require a 12-month minimum commitment. You can buy out the remaining months if you need to cancel early, or we can discuss other options during your discovery call. We're flexible and want to work with you to find the best solution.
Do I own my website?
Yes, ownership transfers to you after 12 months or upon buyout. Until then, we maintain and host the site as part of your subscription. After ownership transfers, you can take the site anywhere or continue with us.
What happens if I want to cancel before 12 months?
You can buy out the remaining months of your subscription. For example, if you're 6 months into a 12-month plan, you'd pay for the remaining 6 months to cancel. We'll discuss the exact buyout amount during your discovery call.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Our pricing is transparent and upfront. The only additional costs would be for add-ons or custom features that we discuss and agree upon before starting work. AI usage overages are also clearly communicated upfront.
Services & Updates
What counts as a 'monthly update'?
Monthly updates include content changes, text edits, image replacements, design tweaks, small feature additions, bug fixes, and security patches. Major new features, complete redesigns, or new pages are quoted separately. We'll always discuss scope before starting work.
How do I request updates?
Simply email us with your update request. We'll review it, confirm scope, and get it done. Most small updates are handled within 1-2 business days. Larger requests may take longer, and we'll communicate timelines upfront.
What if I need custom features not included in my plan?
Custom features are quoted separately. We'll discuss your needs, provide a quote, and get your approval before starting work. This ensures transparency and no surprise charges.
Do you work with existing websites?
Yes! We can migrate your existing site to our platform, redesign it, or add new features. Migration projects are quoted separately based on complexity. We'll discuss your needs during the discovery call.

How do AI usage overages work?
All AI agent plans include a monthly usage allowance. Usage is measured by voice minutes or chat interactions. If you exceed your allowance, overage charges are billed monthly at transparent per-minute or per-interaction rates. We'll discuss expected usage and overage rates during your discovery call.
What platforms do your AI agents integrate with?
Our AI agents integrate with popular CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), scheduling tools (Calendly, TidyCal), email systems, Slack, Teams, and custom APIs. We'll discuss your specific integration needs during the discovery call.
Can the AI agent handle complex conversations?
Yes. Our AI agents use natural language processing to understand context and intent. They can handle FAQs, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and more. For complex situations, they seamlessly hand off to human agents when needed.
How long does it take to set up an AI agent?
Setup time varies based on complexity, but typically takes 1-2 weeks after we receive all necessary information. This includes training the AI on your business, setting up integrations, and testing. We'll provide a specific timeline during your discovery call.

What's the 48-hour guarantee?
For our standard 4-page starter sites (Home, About, Services, Contact), we guarantee launch within 48 hours of receiving all necessary assets and content. Custom features and additional pages may require more time, which we'll discuss upfront.
What do I need to provide to get started?
We'll need your logo, brand colors, website copy, images (or we can source them), and any existing brand guidelines. We'll also need information about your business, target audience, and goals. Don't worry if you don't have everything—we can help guide you through the process.
What platforms do you use?
