Terms of Service

1. At-Will Engagement

North Shore Labs reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or decline any project at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of North Shore Labs. We are not obligated to offer refunds unless otherwise stated in writing. If a project is canceled by North Shore Labs, a refund may be issued in part or in full, but is not guaranteed.

3. Project Timelines

Any stated delivery timelines (including 24-hour delivery windows) are provided as estimates only. North Shore Labs is not liable for missed or delayed timelines unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall North Shore Labs be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership of final delivered assets transfers to the client only after full payment is received. All designs, code, and creative assets remain the sole property of North Shore Labs until paid in full.

6. Communication

North Shore Labs primarily communicates via email. Failure to respond to project-related communication within 5 business days may result in cancellation or delay.
