Somebody up the road is getting your calls.

$99 a month, flat. No setup fee. (949) 274-9336

Not because he is better at the work. Because when your customer picks up the phone and searches, he is the one who comes back. I close that gap.

$99 a month, flat. No setup fee. No tiers. Month to month, cancel any month. You do not pay a dollar until you have watched your new site go live. Billing starts at the earlier of go-live, or 30 days after I hand you the link to look at it. Going live is your call.

What $99 a month gets you. All of it. Every month.

Not a starter package. Not a trial. This is the whole plan, and there is only one.

A website built for your trade. A page for every job you actually do, a gallery for your own work, and your phone number where a thumb can hit it. Nothing goes live until you have seen it and said go.

Your Google Business Profile, claimed and run. I start the claim on day one. Then it gets managed: posts, photos, hours, service areas, and the categories most shops never set. Google owns the verification clock, so I will never quote you a date on that part.

The search that actually matters, found and named. Most owners have no idea what their customers type. I find the phrase that brings paying work, and everything else on this list gets pointed at it.

Fresh content every month, on your site and your Google profile. A post on your profile and a page on your site, keyed to that phrase, every month. This is the row that separates you from the shop that has posted nothing since 2019.

Every review answered, in your voice. Good ones and bad ones, answered the way you would answer them, plus a review link built into your site. If a bad one lands, you hear from me first. That call is yours to lead.

Your name, address and phone made the same everywhere. Directory listings fixed and kept consistent, so the internet stops telling three different stories about where you are and what your number is.

Lead capture that answers back on its own. Somebody fills your form at nine at night, your phone buzzes and they get an answer immediately instead of silence. The ones who wait until morning have already called the next guy.

Hosting, upkeep, and a check on your site every three minutes. Day and night. If something breaks at two in the morning, I know at 2:03. You do not get a call from a customer telling you your site is down.

A dedicated account manager. Me.. I own the business. You are not going to get passed to an account team, because there is not one. Anything you need, you text me and I take care of it.

What is not in the $99, said up front

Some directories charge a small fee to list you. That is your call every time, passed through at cost, and it never changes your $99. You will never see a surprise on a bill.

Professional photo and video shoots are a separate paid thing. Your gallery gets built either way, and the shots off your own phone work better than stock photos of somebody else's truck.

A fully custom designed site is quoted on its own. The $99 build runs on a template lineage I have shipped before, which is exactly why it costs what it costs.

What happens after you say yes.

Five steps. Four of them are mine. Here is the whole thing, start to finish.

Fifteen minutes on the phone. Fifteen minutes means fifteen minutes. I record it so nothing you tell me gets lost, and I will ask you first. I want your competitor, your best job, and what a job is worth to you.

Two short forms. Under ten questions total, and half of it is you marking what I already got wrong, because I do your homework before I ask. Then send me five photos off your phone. That is the last homework you ever do.

I build it. You do not write copy. You do not pick fonts. You do not chase anybody. I go find your logins, claim your Google profile, and build the thing.

You watch it before anyone else can. I send you a link. You look at it on your phone, on the toilet, in the truck, whenever. Tell me what to change. It goes live when you say go, and not before.

The first of every month, your card lands. You against your competitor, same five rows, fresh numbers, dated. Plus every single thing I did that month, with the date on it. You will not have to ask me what you are paying for.

The plan starts at the earlier of go-live, or 30 days after I hand you the link. That way your site is not sitting finished for six months while neither of us gets anywhere.

You will see everything.

Everybody in this business says trust me. Here is what you get to watch instead.

Your card, every month. Same five rows, same competitor, fresh numbers, dated. The headline is rows won out of five. You can check every row yourself.

A receipt every time I do something. What I did, when I did it, and where to go look at it. Dated. It lands on your card at the end of the month too.

Your site watched around the clock. Something checks that your site is up every three minutes, day and night. That is running the day you go live.

None of it hides behind a login. The content lands on your site. The posts land on your Google profile. The replies sit right under your reviews. Pick up your own phone and check any of it, any day, without asking me.

Who this is for.

This is built for you if: You are roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, concrete, paving, fencing, landscaping, remodeling, towing, or anything else where the next job comes from somebody searching. There is a shop near you that is not better than you but shows up first. Your website is old, half broken, or somebody else's account you cannot get into. You have never posted anything to your Google profile, or you are not sure you have one. Reviews are sitting there unanswered.

Do not buy this if: You are booked twelve months out and turning work away. Save your $99. You want somebody to promise you page one. I will not, and anybody who does is guessing. You want to hand it off and never speak to anybody. This takes fifteen minutes and two short forms from you, once.

Questions

What is the catch at $99? There is not one, but there is a reason. The build runs on a template lineage I have shipped before, so it costs me hours instead of weeks. The monthly work runs on my own systems. I priced it where I can actually do it every month for years, instead of quoting you four thousand up front and disappearing.

Are you going to get me to page one? No, and be careful with anybody who says yes. Google decides rank and your customers decide reviews. What I promise is the work: content published, your profile claimed and posted to, reviews answered, listings fixed. It is all on your card every month with the date on it, and you can check every bit of it yourself. Your page number gets tracked on that card too. It is a number I report, not a number I promise.

Do I own it? Yes. All of it. The site, the content, the Google profile, the listings. They are yours, and they stay yours the day you leave.

What if I want out? Cancel any month. There is nothing to sign that traps you and you keep everything that got built.

I already have a website. Then we look at it on the call. Sometimes it gets fixed and sometimes it gets replaced. Either way the rest of the plan runs on top of it, and if the site is fine you have not lost anything.

I do not know who has my logins. That is a great answer and it is a very common one. Finding your keys is literally part of the job. Bring me whatever you have got, including nothing.

How long until it is live? Depends almost entirely on how fast your forms and photos come back, which is why I will give you a real date on the call once I have seen your situation instead of a number off a website. What I will tell you now is that you do not pay until you have watched it go live.

Who actually does the work? Me. I own the business. You will have my cell phone number and you will text it.

Fifteen minutes. Then I go close the gap.

Tell me your trade and pick a time. I will pull up your Google profile and your competitor before we talk, so you are not spending the call catching me up.
